Rob Hall is a commercially astute business professional with strong operational, strategic and financial experience across Sales, Marketing and Finance in the Industrial, Manufacturing, IT and FMCG sectors. He has a track record of performance improvement and profitability growth, and has led turnaround and sustainable profitability improvement initiatives across multinational and private equity environments.
Caron Hall is a registered Industrial / Organisational Psychologist (HPCSA), with 30 years’ experience in Organisation Development and Change Management. She has worked across IT, FMCG, petrochemical, banking and insurance. Caron holds Honours degrees in Counselling and Industrial Psychology, a Masters in Industrial Psychology, and a Management Diploma from UNISA’s School of Business Leadership.
